SHIPPING

Standard Delivery
Orders will typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification. Standard delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, FPO, and Canadian addresses.

Express Shipping
Orders placed by 11:59 pm PT will usually ship the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification, and should arrive the following business day after the ship date. Express shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Rural Routes and Remote Locations should arrive in two to three business days. Shipments to Canada may take up to an additional two business days. Express shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Shipping Carriers
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.

RETURNS

These policies pertain to U.S. purchases only.

Defective merchandise purchased through Life Brands Apparel may be returned at any time with an original receipt. Unwashed and Unworn items may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with an original receipt.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange when returned within 60 days of purchase date. Merchandise returned more than 60 days after the purchase date will be eligible for a merchandise exchange or a merchandise certificate for the price paid. Without original reciept, the item will be available for exchange only at current pricing.

Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange at any time. A mail check may be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit.

If we sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective, once the product is received by our Returns Department, we will refund your shipping price, otherwise the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
