How long does delivery take?
Life Brands Apparel ships via Ground using UPS, USPS and FEDEX as its carrier to the 48 continental United States.
Approximate shipping times:
California: 1-2 business days
Western US: 2-4 business days
Midwest: 3-5 business days
Eastern US: 5-7 business days
Business day means Monday through Friday, except holidays.
Air service delivery orders placed before 11:59am PT will be shipped same day, pending inventory availability.
Next Day Air: Delivered the day after the order is shipped. If the order is shipped on Friday, it will not be delivered until Monday. To guarantee delivery on Saturday, Next Day Saturday Delivery service is required. Saturday Delivery service is an extra charge. Please call customer service at (888)389-9238 to inquire about Saturday delivery.
2nd Day Air: Delivered 2 days after the order is shipped. If the order is shipped on Friday, it may not be delivered until Tuesday.
3 Day Select: Delivered 3 days after the order is shipped. If the order is shipped on Friday, it may not be delivered until Wednesday.
The free shipping promotion utilizes UPS or USPS for the ground and 2-day air shipping services based on shipping locations. The option to choose which carrier delivers the package is not available. To secure that UPS will be the carrier, please upgrade your shipping to UPS expedited options.

The item I ordered showed in stock when I placed my order and now it is not. Why?
All of our orders are processed in the order in which they are received. The most common reason for being out of stock after showing in stock is an order for the same item was placed and fulfilled prior to receiving or processing your order. Our inventory is updated daily.

Why does my backorder item time arrival keep changing?
Changes in backorder item time arrival is normally due to manufacturing delay. Life Brands Apparel understands how important it is to receive your order in a timely manner and we continually replenish our stock to avoid backorder delays.

How long do backordered items usually take?
Items that are on backorder typically arrive to us in 5-7 business days. Life Brands Apparel has shipments arriving daily. To check on the status of your order, call our toll free phone number, (888)389-9238.
If by some chance we are unable to fulfill your backorder, orders are canceled after 60 days and notification is sent. You do have the option of extending your backorder by calling or emailing before the cancellation date.

What is your return policy?
These policies pertain to U.S. purchases only.
Defective merchandise purchased through Life Brands Apparel may be returned at any time with an original receipt. Unwashed and Unworn items may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with an original receipt.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange when returned within 60 days of purchase date. Merchandise returned more than 60 days after the purchase date will be eligible for a merchandise exchange or a merchandise certificate for the price paid. Without original reciept, the item will be available for exchange only at current pricing.
Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange at any time. A mail check may be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit.

How long does the return process take?
Most returns are processed 2-4 days from the time that they are received in our warehouse. Orders taken by credit card will have their credit card refunded 5-7 business days from the time the package was received in our warehouse. If you requested an exchange, the return should be processed and on it's way back to you within 2-5 business days from its received date.
